Welcome to Beeliance! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, and platform provided by Beeliance LLC (“Beeliance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Beeliance website, platform, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Account Registration
To access certain Services, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Access to Portal Features
Access to the Beeliance platform, including the compliance portal and related services, is conditional upon timely payment of all applicable subscription or service fees. If your payment method fails or if your account becomes delinquent, your access to the portal may be suspended or terminated at our sole discretion until outstanding balances are resolved.
Beeliance reserves the right to disable access to your portal features, compliance documents, or certification tools if payment is not received within ten (10) days of the due date. Continued failure to pay may result in permanent account deactivation and loss of associated data.
6. Payments and Billing
Fees for our Services are clearly stated at the time of purchase or subscription. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe. You agree to keep your payment information accurate and current. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Use of the Beeliance Certification Seal
Beeliance may grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to display the Beeliance Certification Seal (“Seal”) on your website or other approved platforms, contingent on your business maintaining active compliance and timely monthly payments.
If you fail to pay your monthly subscription fee for the Seal, or if your compliance status lapses, your license to use the Seal will be immediately revoked. You agree to remove the Seal from all public-facing materials and websites within five (5) business days upon receiving notice of revocation. Continued unauthorized use of the Seal after revocation constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on our intellectual property rights or those of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Services
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology provided by Beeliance is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must cease using any Beeliance materials, including the Certification Seal.
11. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beeliance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our Services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beeliance LLC and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
