Certification Seal License

Beeliance may grant clients a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display the Beeliance Certification Seal on approved platforms.

The license remains valid only while the business maintains active compliance status and required service payments. Upon termination or revocation, the Seal must be removed from all websites and marketing materials within five business days.

Unauthorized use of the Beeliance Certification Seal or any Beeliance branding is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or violate applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Distribute malicious software, spam, or harmful content
• Infringe intellectual property rights of Beeliance or third parties
• Use automated scraping tools or bots on our systems without written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our platforms or services

Beeliance reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, technology, and materials provided by Beeliance are the property of Beeliance LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Beeliance LLC.

Confidentiality

Beeliance LLC agrees to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business information shared by clients in connection with services provided. We will not disclose client business information, client lists, or proprietary data to third parties except as required to deliver contracted services or as required by applicable law.

Client data and registration lists are treated as confidential and are not shared, sold, or used for any purpose beyond delivering contracted services. Registration data and lead information generated on behalf of a client are the property of that client.

Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any Beeliance proprietary systems, processes, or business information disclosed in connection with the delivery of services.

Data Security and Insurance

Beeliance LLC implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information collected through our platforms. Our infrastructure operates within a HIPAA compliant environment. Where applicable, we maintain Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with our platform providers.

Beeliance LLC maintains commercial cyber liability insurance appropriate to our business operations. Certificates of insurance are available to business clients upon request at [email protected].

Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. Beeliance makes no guarantees regarding business outcomes, marketing performance, lead generation results, or asset recovery outcomes. Results will vary based on individual business circumstances, market conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Beeliance LLC is not affiliated with the Social Security Administration, IRS, Medicare, or any other governmental agency.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beeliance LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to use our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Beeliance in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beeliance LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware. Each party waives any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
