This Refund, Cancellation, and Chargeback Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases, service agreements, campaign engagements, and transactions made with Beeliance LLC ("Beeliance," "we," "us," or "our"), including services provided through Beeliance.com, HostAWorkshop.com, Be Retirement Prepared, Beeliance Asset Recovery Group, and any related platforms, programs, or services operated by Beeliance LLC.
By purchasing any product or service from Beeliance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all purchases and service payments made to Beeliance are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our services, which may include planning, consulting, campaign preparation, marketing setup, system configuration, research, or operational work, resources and labor may begin immediately after a purchase or agreement is made.
Once services have commenced, refunds will not be issued.
Workshop marketing services provided through Host a Workshop or related Beeliance programs include strategic preparation and operational setup that may begin immediately after purchase.

Programs or services provided through Be Retirement Prepared may include educational content, event coordination, and lead generation infrastructure.
Because program preparation and campaign setup may begin immediately after enrollment, payments for these services are generally non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise stated in writing.
Automation implementation, CRM configuration, marketing system setup, and related technology services may involve technical configuration, workflow design, system integration, and custom implementation work.
Once work has begun, payments for these services are non-refundable.
If a recurring service or subscription is offered, it may be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops future billing only and does not generate a refund or prorated credit for prior charges.
Services offered through Beeliance Asset Recovery Group may include consultations, research, documentation support, or coordination related to potential surplus funds or unclaimed funds.
Most asset recovery engagements operate under separate written service agreements or contingency arrangements, which govern compensation terms.
Where no upfront payment is required, refund provisions may not apply.
Beeliance does not guarantee the existence of recoverable funds or the success of recovery efforts.
In certain circumstances and at the sole discretion of Beeliance, services such as workshop events or consultations may be rescheduled if adequate notice is provided and resources permit.
Rescheduling does not entitle the customer to a refund.
If Beeliance determines that a service or campaign cannot proceed due to internal limitations, operational constraints, or unforeseen circumstances, we may at our discretion offer a rescheduled service date, provide alternative services, or issue a partial or full refund.
Such determinations are made on a case by case basis.
Customers agree to contact Beeliance support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Beeliance may result in immediate suspension of services, termination of access to platforms or deliverables, and forfeiture of any remaining services or deliverables.
Unauthorized chargebacks may constitute a breach of these Terms.
If a customer files a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Beeliance support, Beeliance reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate associated accounts or services, charge an administrative recovery fee of up to $250 per dispute, recover investigation, legal, and payment processor costs, and report fraudulent activity to payment networks or business fraud prevention databases.
The customer authorizes Beeliance to recover these costs through available payment methods or invoicing where permitted by law.
Service cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation requests apply to future services or billing cycles only and do not generate refunds for services already rendered.
This Policy is governed by the Terms of Use and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws governing Beeliance LLC.
Disputes related to refunds, payments, or chargebacks may be subject to binding arbitration where permitted by applicable agreements.
Beeliance reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. The latest version will always be posted on the Beeliance website and will supersede prior versions.
